1. Personal data protection

As part of its matchmaking activity, the platform processes personal data.

Data collected:

  • Clients : Identity, contact details, property address, payment information
  • Auditors : Identity, professional documents (Kbis, Certifications, Insurance), bank details

Processing purposes:

Data is processed on the legal basis of contract execution and legal obligation for:

  • Matching between Client and Auditor
  • Managing reservations and delivering the audit report
  • Managing payments and invoicing
  • Verifying the validity of Auditor certifications
  • Fraud prevention

Data recipients:

Unlike a simple showcase website, your data is necessarily transmitted to the following third parties for proper service execution:

  • To auditors: transmission of the selected Auditor's identity and certifications
  • To clients: transmission of the selected Auditor's identity and certifications
  • To the payment provider (Stripe): banking data is processed directly by Stripe (PCI-DSS certified) and never transits in clear on the platform's servers. Stripe may transfer certain data outside the European Union (USA) by framing these transfers with Standard Contractual Clauses
  • Authorities: In case of judicial requisition or administrative control

Retention period : Data related to invoicing and contracts is retained for 5 or 10 years in accordance with accounting and commercial obligations.

2. Cookies and trackers

The website https://auditenergievente.fr/ exclusively uses technical and functional cookies known as "essential".

These trackers are essential for:

  • Payment security (anti-fraud cookies deposited by Stripe)
  • Access to client and auditor accounts (maintaining login session)
  • Proper technical operation of the website

In accordance with CNIL recommendations, these cookies are exempt from consent collection (no "Accept" banner) as they are strictly necessary to provide the service requested by the user. No data is used for advertising or commercial purposes.
